The frequencies on the public HoloNet began to static before switching over to a screen, the vision of a red-armored man standing before them, his face completely hidden behind a gleaming black visor.
"Greetings. I am Colonel SHK-666 of the 'Dark Force of the Sith'. Doubtless you will have seen the Holonet recording of the declaration by his Supreme Majesty Emperor Validus of the Sith regarding the reformation of his Empire.
It is time to serve your Empire, Citizens. It is time to bring peace and stability to a thousand worlds. The Galaxy has descended into chaos, anarchy, greed and corruption. Other organizations have tried to bring order to the maelstrom, and have failed - brought down by their own fractures, weaknesses and...depravity. He goes silent once more before turning and walking off screen, the HoloNet going dead and back to static before returning to its previously scheduled programming.
